Appareance

Golden yellow colour. LA VUE : OR CRISTALLIN Dans une effervescence fine et joyeuse, l’intensité de la robe or cristallin évoque le diamant jaune.

Nose

Mineral, crisp, orange blossom aromas, white flowers aromas, hyacinth aromas, liquorice aromas, blackburrant buds aromas, almond aromas, pear aromas, coconut aromas, vanilla aromas. Au premier nez, la pureté rectiligne de ce millésime est vive. En se réchauffant dans le verre, Rare Millésime 2008 déploie des accords infiniment parfumés de fleurs d’oranger, de jacinthe et de fleurs blanches. Ensuite la fleur de vanille, une touche de noix de coco fraîche, des arômes de poire Williams et d’amande fraiche s’enrichissent de notes de mandarine et de bourgeon de cassis. Au second nez, la minéralité, saline et raffinée signe une harmonie iodée-fumée, rehaussée d’une pointe de réglisse.

Palate

Pineapple hints, passion fruit hints, coconut hints, mineral, long length. LE PALAIS : PRINTANIER ET PRÉCIS Au palais, les sensations aromatiques se démultiplient : notes d’ananas frais, juste coupé, de fruit de la passion, de kiwi, de noix de coco et d’agrumes acidulés. Elles se mêlent à des accents printaniers à la longueur incomparable. Enfin la finale, ponctuée de salinité, remarquable et iodée, prolonge cette découverte d’un printemps pur et infini.
